I don't see a bluetooth adapter there, just HDMI and the motherboard
analog audio (Realtek 271x device).
Maybe the other respondents suggestion of PulseAudio in use is what is
actually happening, perhaps the distribution you use is one in which
starting jackd causes the pulse audio jack-sink module to be automatically
loaded.
When you have a configuration where the bluetooth headset is working, you
could check the output of "pactl list" to see of module-jack-sink is
loaded.
