[Ardour-Users] Recording to Midi accompaniment

My handheld audio recorder contains a "pre-record" feature that records
everything into a ringbuffer and discards all data that is more than 15
seconds old. When I press the "record" button the audio file my handheld
recorder produces starts 15 seconds before I pressed the button.

If you are surprised by the thing you want to start to record starting
early this is really a life-saver.
But if you are using ardour on mobile power you might want to be able to
disable this feature again as it will keep the soundcard and the CPU busy.
