Bitwig is set to act as Jack transport sync master

The only option I found related to this was in the session properties,
namely "Mixbus32C is Jack Time Master ..."  which is enabled.

But still, MB will not restart at position 0 when Bitwig does.  This
said, it might be a Bitwig problem.

Yes, that's what I was going to do, and probably what I will do.  After
all, if I can remember to manually set the track to 0 in MB before
recording, the I could also use MIDI editing in MB of the performance.
