Wouldn't it be wise to contact Conor from http://libremusicproduction.com so that he would better sort his "tools" sections instead of redoing it ourselves and duplicating the effort ?


Otherwise, we could add an appendix to the manual with the most wide selection of plugins and samples. This page could benefit from a direct link to Github's own tool to modify the page, an idea someone (Paul ?) raised about the whole manual, but which would at least be a good fit here.

the Ardour community, particularly the part of it that relies on FLOSS plugins, would really benefit from some people getting together and generating/updating/maintaining an accurate, current list of:

    * plugin instruments
    * free and usable sample libraries

it can't be done once (i tried that). it needs to be revisited every 2 months or so.

who will step up?
