Thank you Ralf - I have to admit that I lack experience about this
problem... I will set up the subject in the discussion thread of that
wiki in order to find out what the admins in there think about it.

Hi,

please, the Wiki shouldn't spread misleading information. Sure, Ubuntu
provides Ardour, as well as antivir software for free as in beer, but
unless you don't run a Linux server aimed for usage with Windows
clients, antivir software scanning against Windows malware makes no
sense. Apart from this it has got nothing to do with Ardour, let alone
that a Wiki only should link against third party websites, if it's
really required + if the one who adds the link, ensures that it won't
become a dead link in the future. Maintaining the Wiki doesn't mean to
add links to existing contributions, it means to consider if the link
really makes sense and to maintain the Wiki, by checking from time to
time if the link is dead. The "free as in beer" approach is also not
really what Ubuntu or Linux is about, especially when mentioning Ardour
you should consider that the concept of "free" is not meant as "free as
in beer".

I only comment the blog, because I edit Linux Wikis, among others the
Ubuntu help pages. IOW I wouldn't have commented the blog, if you
wouldn't consider to add it as a link to a Wiki. Please refrain from
doing so.

Regards,
Ralf
