I'm also using the nanoKONTROL2 with Ardour with externally controlled
LEDs. I use the Generic Midi option - not so fussed about the transport
LEDs, but that would be nice I suppose. The marker buttons do work, and
I find cycle useful for looping (useful for editing). 

The one issue for me is that groups don't work, i.e. if a group of
tracks is set to share gain, muting, soloing, etc, the nanoKONTROL2
still only affects a single track.
