[Ardour-Users] Another newbie Question: Anyone having experiences with following setup: Ardour, Jack, Linux, Lexicon Omega (or other USB1-device) ?

thanks to all of you for the helpful responses.

I see my thoughts about latency were not too amateurish :o)

So, I think I'll prepare my setup the proposed way next time I have 
spare time
