[Ardour-Users] Firewire installation

Ill go ahead and ask the usual questions   ;)

1) what linux distro and version?  (Fedora, Ubuntu, Arch, etc)

2) does your distro already have it? (eg. Im using Fedora 22 and ffado is
available from the Fedora repository)  This is your best bet since it would
already have been vetted by your distro managers.

3) have you look at the installation instructions on www.ffado.org ?  This
may be your 2nd best bet as the ffado folks probably know their product
better than the Ardour folks.  Hopefully...

4) what errors are you getting?

  The OP was lacking too many details so hopefully this additional
information may help get the ball rolling.
