I also don't remember the details, but just in case I build jackd,
after IIRC Robin mentioned the commit of jack2, that fixed it.

[rocketmouse at archlinux ~]$ pacman -Q jack2
jack2 1.9.10.r177.g7bdad49-1
[rocketmouse at archlinux ~]$ pacman -Qi jack2 | grep Build
Build Date      : Sat 27 Feb 2016 06:28:54 PM CET

IIRC it was a commit, several commits before 7bdad49, however, I never
run Ardour with this version of jackd. Most likely more about this
issue could be found in the Ardour, jackd or LAU mailing list archive
around February.
