That should be fine, mostly.

In the configuration output can you check if

Checking for 'lv2' >= 1.10.0    : yes

if so, there should also be

 * LV2 extensions               : True

There's not been a new upstream release since. It will be in upcoming
3.3.5 whenever that is released.
