[Ardour-Users] Ardour 5 Saving project file for version 4 by creating a new project

No, Ardour always does this. When the session file format has changed, we
save an older session file under a new name so that it is always available
to go back to.

Otherwise, after Ardour 5 has saved the session, Ardour 4 (which created
it) would not (or might not) be able to open it again.
