I take it "bus master track" should read "master bus".

An insert combines send and return, so you need just one insert. It can 
be placed pre or post fader as you wish.

It has been a long time since I last used Jamin. I mean to recall that 
you can just use a insert in the master bus strip and do an export. No 
need for a track recording the mixdown.

Could be that freewheeling doesn't work, then. I simply don't remember. 
If so, the ability to do faster-than-realtime export would speak for 
using appropriate plugins, instead.
