[Ardour-Users] wheel settings not stored

If it is a bug, always post to Mantis, you can use the mailing list as
well, but it gets lost here and on the forums whereas in the bug tracker it
is easer to at least keep some tabs on.

I would suggest post to Mantis first, then reference in a mailing list or
forum post if needed.
