Add a mono bus. Then add 7 outputs and then finally 1 input.

Easiest way to do that is via right-click in the mixer on the connection
button > "Add audio port".

PS. If Edit > Preferences > Audio > Autoconnect outputs is set to
"automatically to master", ardour by default creates as many outputs as
the master bus has inputs.
