[Ardour-Users] Mixing console: monitor strip suggestion

Hello,

The monitor strip of the mixing console takes some screen estate that
could be IMHO used more sparingly, giving space to the regular mixing
strips.  At the bottom of the monitor strip is a large empty space.
Unless something else is planned, wouldn't it save space to spread the
various buttons above the large monitor knob using that space, making
the strip thinner ?
