Yesterday and the time previous that (also commented upon here), yes.
Both were the last tracks of a session with 5-7 tracks.

No.  The track name is indeed Audio 1, but I did not rename it.  I
usually do, before recording although sometimes I fiddle arond on the
keybaord, find somethign good and do not bother to rename a new track
befoe recording.  This was the case.  And I haven\t renamed it before
clsoign Ardour.  

This is the 380 version.  Which makes me think, there's no announce at
startup of the availability of a new version.  This is why I still run
380.  I do not perdiodically check the web site about this.  I quickly
looked in this mailing list messages and did not find any announce
either.

Which makes me think ... The Ardour versions since some time (at least
since I donated) are tagged -dbg.  Is there a procedure to capture
debug information when describing a problem ?
