[Ardour-Users] Exporting one track

Go to Session > Export > Export To Audio File(s), then in the Export window
open the "Time span and channel options" by clicking on the small triangle
to the left. Under "Channels" you can uncheck everything except the track
you want to export.

Another option (in case all the audio in your track is in a single region)
would be to right click on the region, go inside the first submenu, and
choose "Export" from there.

PS. http://manual.ardour.org/exporting/export-dialog/ (interestingly, my
Export window looks different than the screenshots in the manual. The
division in tabs is much nicer than what I have on 3.5.380. I wonder if
this is coming up in a future version?)
