Bidule [1]

Basically jack + non-session-manager + patchage for windows. Although it 
is a pretty powerful piece of software, I use it pretty much only for 
signal routing. I have Vienna Ensemble (server) hosting all the  VSTs 
and the client is loaded into bidule. loopbe30 handles the 16 virtual 
midi cables.
