if you don't need too many markers in a short time, it's even more 
convenient to active "name new markers" in the preferences, and then 
when you hit the marker hotkey, you can enter its name right away, while 
the transport keeps rolling. nice to add little comments without 
interrupting a listening session while you have the artists in the booth.
