Gave it a shot but it didn't change anything. However, I added a lo pass
*after* the send in the "drums" track it affected the signal in the
drums-fx track. I'm not sure why that is happening as the signal in the
drums-fx track should be coming straight from the send *pre* lo pass
filter.

I also tried changing the tracks attached to send1 to busses instead of
audio tracks but that didn't change anything.

I tried using the output from drums instead of the send and that didn't
change anything.

Now I have added the actual audio track to the "drum-fx" track and deleted
the send. That allows me to hear what I was looking for.
