Yesno ;)!
It should be free by using IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and
BIC (Business Identifier Code), but it could be, that you have to pay a
fixed fee for account management each quarter year, if there wasn't
enough receipt of money or if there where too much goings-on. Some banks
do provide different models, e.g. you need to pay a few Cents for each
transaction, but not a fixed fee.
For my private check account, I don't have a business account, I have an
income of less than 800,-€/month. It doesn't matter how much or less
goings-on, but regarding to the low receipt of money, I have to pay
17.70€/quarter year. If the income is >= 1000,-€/month, account
management for this month is for free as in beer.
