Hi Orm.

I answered your question on IRC, but you did not reply there.
This smells like you're running out of ports.

I suspect you're using a lot (of tracks/busses) in your session, the
internal card probably has only 2*2 ports while the Hammerfall 24+ and
that makes it exceed the limit.

try running   `jackd --port-max 1024 -d...` or increase them in
qjackctl's setup. - IIRC the default is quite low (128 or 256?).
