Or, if you want to have a package to install, download the three
source-packages from jack-audio-connection-kit_0.112.0+svn4538-3ubuntu1
from
http://uk.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/j/jack-audio-connection-kit/

unpack them with: 

dpkg-source -x  jack-audio-connection-kit_0.121.0+svn4538-3ubuntu1.dsc

enter the new directory jack-audio-connection-kit.....

and build a deb-package for you ubuntu-platform with:

fakeroot dpkg-buildpackage -b

You should have installed dpkg-dev and maybe that the program wants to
have installed some other dev-packages first, but dpkg-buildpackage will
tell you ... ;-)
