[Ardour-Users] compiling ardour 3

i try to compile ardour3

but i get this error:

i think this i related to my realy small computer (eeepc) with only 
256mb ram
so i think gcc runs out of memory.
is there a flag i can use that gcc behaves differently, or any other idea?
