[Ardour-Users] m-audio delta-1010 crackles with jack and new kernels...why?

Hey All,

I've been using  ccrma kernels, jack and Ardour for my Fedora Linux
recording setup for a long time... .  I use an M-Audio Delta 1010
soundcard.  For the past few months I've been using the planet ccrma kernel:
2.6.24.7-1.rt21.1.fc9.ccrma.x86_64.rt
With any newer kernel (ccrma or not) I get a substantial and constant
crackling sound in all audio outputs as soon as jack starts.  Has anyone
else come accross this issue?
