Hi Fred :)

'subversion' is a management system for coders. You can get the latest
Ardour source code by the subversion directory, see
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Subversion_(software). You can use the
command svn, see http://www.ardour.org/download_full or a GUI like
RapidSVN, see http://rapidsvn.tigris.org/.
