Granted, beta testers are a special case and would need be quantified in 
some way.  It couldn't work if someone could claim a refund simply by 
finding one bug.  My suggestion is that beta testers could apply for a 
refund after submitting an agreed number of reports but it needn't be 
assessed on that basis.  It wouldn't matter how they were assessed as long 
as they and Paul felt happy about it.
