It is the 5th button counting from left to right:
1) Select/Move Objects [this is the one selected in the image above]
2) Select/Move Ranges
4) Draw Gain Automation
5) SHRINK/STRETCH REGIONS [shortcut T]
6) Listen to Specific Region
