2.6.1 should load a 2.0.5 project just fine. And since projects are
really just a text file (XML), fixing up any problems is very easy.

It may not be possible to open the project again with 2.0.5 if you save
it with 2.6.1. So I would generally make a copy of the .ardour file(s)
inside the session folder, just in case you need to go backwards.
