Hey Surian,

i use the Hoontech C-Port (4 of them) in a full time studio situation, which 
gives me 40 channels or audio. Specs are pretty good and linux support is 
great. They'll be cheap, but second hand as Hoontech went out of business 
about 4 years ago. They are a cheaper version of the M-Audio 1010, but they 
work very well indeed. Worth looking around for ..
