It might not be the best way but you can create new tracks (no
plugins, fader on 0db) and set their playlist to be a copy of the
desired existing tracks (those with plugins and all).

Another way would be to insert a prefader send before any other insert
to each the existing tracks and route its output to a bus that you would
select at export time.
