The VST SDK has now been removed from my webspace - as a couple of
people have pointed out, the file isn't freely distributable.

If you just need to run VSTs in Linux then the latest dssi-vst will
build without the Steinberg SDK.

Otherwise, you'll need to take it up with Steinberg.
