[Ardour-Users] Which RAID is best?

Heya!

I'm looking to build my new PC this year dedicated to audio usage with
Linux, etc.

I'm going to use SATA Drives (8MB Cache) and I'm thinking I should
configure them with RAID for performance and redundency. The maximum
number of disks I can have is 4.

Could someone give me insight as to which is best for audio work? I was
thinking either RAID0+1 or RAID 5 would be suitable but which one does
everyone recommend?
