I'll repost what is sent recently:

K3b will burn your exported .toc file. Simply click on "further 
actions>burn cd image" or "tools>burn cd image" then point to your 
.toc file in the "image to burn" box, select "Cdrdao TOC file"  in the 
'image type" dialog then burn away. It's 'blind' in so far as you can't 
see 
the track flags and wave view you get in GCDM but it's a lot less 
buggy 
and gets the job done.
