[Ardour-Users] CAPS plugs on OSX

I don't believe it will work unmodified, I had to patch it in several
ways to build the OSX releases.  I don't have time right now to do it
again, but I will try to dig up the patches to give you.  Maybe this
time I'll submit them to Tim and he'll accept them :/
