[ardour-users] Scons Build Jack Problem

Hi All!

Help me understand why this won't build.

[root at localhost ardour-2.0.2]# scons install

Checking for libgnomecanvas-2.0... ok
Checking for gtk+-2.0... ok
Checking for jack... failed
jack >= 0.101.1 not found.
You do not have the necessary dependencies required to build ardour
