Hello list,

I am trying to run Ardour2-beta10 on a Mac (ppc) running OS 10.4.8,
which runs but the fonts are not loaded correctly (see attached
screenshots).
When running ardour from command line I get the following output:

but nothing is created under /opt/local/ as indicated by the pango
warning:

(ardour:25580): Pango-WARNING **: No builtin or dynamically
loaded modules were found. Pango will not work correctly.
This probably means there was an error in the creation of:
   '/opt/local/etc/pango/pango.modules'
You should create this file by running pango-querymodules

so I soft linked /opt/local/etc/pango/pango.modules to /sw/etc/pango/
pango.modules and try to run ardour again, but no luck.
Could anyone give me a hand on this?

Thanks,

eduard
