To put this in perspective, I've been doing `real' work with Ardour
for the past year and a half, first with the 0.99.x series and now
2.0.2 (haven't yet had time to upgrade to the current version).
I've experienced one or two crashes, but usually these are so infrequent
that they aren't a problem; certainly no worse than proprietary DAWs I've
used. I think it's a little unfair for users of the latest SVN code
to complain that they can't do their everyday work with it. Those who
use bleeding edge software need to be prepared to live with the problems.
If that isn't possible, it's easy enough to stick to the official
releases for `real' work.

John
