[ardour-users] ardour rec and patchbay/router

I had the same issue on 0.99 with my Delta 1010. The outs 1 & 2 would get switched from Digital Mix back to their defaults. I corrected this by making sure Jack didnt do hardware monitoring. Now i control the Delta completely with Envy24. You may want to double check and retest it while having Jacks HW monitoring turned off. Also, you will need to make sure that you restart jack after making the change.

Subject: [ardour-users] ardour rec and patchbay/router

Hi,

I have a Delta44 which I configure via the Envy24 Control utility.
When I choose to rec one track from an alsa input, ardour (I guess)
change my patchbay/router settings, It is quite annoying. It is not
changed when hardware monitoring is disabled.
I want my patchbay to stay on Digital Mix. Is there a way to avoid
this. I'm using latest svn ardour, and it was the same behaviour
with ardour 0.99.

Thank you for your help.

David.
