[ardour-users] Removing pops and clicks?

I'm trying to edit a poorly recorded track of spoken voice that has a lot of
pops.

Is there a plugin for ardour (or even some other tool) that does a good job
of removing pops and clicks, or am I stuck manually editing those out?
