[ardour-users] wav formats

Im trying to transfer wav files from Ardour to a G3 Mac with OS 9. 

Evidently ProTools, Quicktime, and a handfull of other apps, will not
open the files.

Any suggestions on a format that the Mac will like, and Ardour can
export to?
