yes, there is a link right there on the ardour OS/X download page.

you can't use it to sync with Reason. no CoreAudio apps know about JACK
transport control, and CoreAudio doesn't provide any abstraction that
they could use that we could map into JACK.

ardour can sync with MIDI Time Code (MTC, basically SMPTE encoded as a
MIDI data stream), or with MIDI Song Position Pointer messages. i doubt
that Reason emits either of these, but instead emits MIDI Clock, which
provides no timeline information at all. If it can use MTC or SPP, you
can use the midi patchbay linked to on the OS/X download page for ardour
to connect ardour + reason together, and then get ardour to slave to
Reason.
