hmmm.... have you ever found a way to repair a session with "teleported" 
crossfades? my impression is that sessions which show this "feature" are 
prone to crashing, so i'm wary about continuing to use a session that 
has succumbed to this disease.

fortunately, i snapshot frequently, so i usually have a very recent 
version which is "teleport-free".
