[ardour-users] mix groups & edit groups

Has anyone else noticed that assigning a track to a group works 
differently in the mixer window than in the edit window?  In the 
mixer window clicking on "no group" brings up a menu of groups.  To 
select the group the user continues to hold down button-1 and drag 
the pointer over the group name before releasing button-1.  This 
click-hold-drag-unclick operation is not so good for repetitive 
strain.  In the editor window clicking on the little g brings up a 
menu that persists without holding down the button.  The group is 
selected by clicking on it.  Given that this operation is nearly the 
same in both windows, I'd think it might be good if their UI operated 
the same way.  Maybe this is already under consideration in the gtk 
port?
