[ardour-users] import as region & remove track no jack

dear list,
i'm using ardour osx 0.99.1
i noticed that when embedding audio files with the "embed audio files as 
*new region* " command- ardour copies these files in the sounds 
directory whereas when embedding as *new track* does not make a copy. i 
find it a bit surprising...
also when removing a track when jack is not connected crashes ardour.
