Our native format hasn't changed, the new version of libsndfile only
means that Ardour itself can now open/import them.  Quicktime hasn't
changed and still doesn't support RIFX WAVs.

But thanks for reminding me, let me verify that the panther version i
just built uses the latest libsndfile.
