I'm trying to figure out your numbers. They don't make sense 
to me. I'd suspect user error (I'd be sure if I was the user)

Last time I did this I imported the mixes, set Snap-To to 
CD-Frames and worked my way from 1 to the end. The result was 
what I expected it to be, but I didn't check for errors in 
the 0.25 secs range, so I don't even know for sure.

Tell me if you come up with another test that confirms those 
oddities, please.
