[ardour-users] prefader individual track exporting

greetings ardourists,

i know it is sacrilage but i need to get my ardour sessions into protools
(for others to remix). i couldnt find the solution in the archives - i'm
sure it is obvious, though.
how does one export prefader (ie as a mono file), i want to do two
versions - with plugins switched on and another with them off, (that bit i
can do).
i just wish to replicate exactly what is in each playlist.
