Do that again: It's 0.0068 seconds (300 samples) in 5 minutes. You can 
set playback rates in mixer strips but the finest you'll get from the 
gui is 1.001 or 0.999 (~43Hz difference).

You could set a finer value directly in the session file. Look for 
<DiskStreams> and "speed". With 6 digits you can take 0.044 Hz steps.

Make sure you need to bother. You would probably want to set up 2 click 
tracks with 1.000000 and 1.000023 (about 1 Hz difference) and listen to 
that for 5 minutes. That should be fun.

How did you measure the difference? Is it stable?
