[ardour-users] Updated Ardour Tutorial

I've made a few updates since the last time i posted to these lists 
about the ardour tutorial

Readers will learn how to:
-compile ardour
-install hydrogen
-create a drum pattern in hydrogen
-sync hyd to ardour through jack
-record hydrogen audio into ardour
-import a soundfile into the ardour session
-record audio from a mic/instrument into ardour
-use an AU synth with 1 AU effect applied (permanently) in ardour by 
using the SynthTest application through JAR
-use punch in / punch out to automate start and stop of recording on 
record enabled tracks
